David Spivak has been fighting for the rights of California workers since 1995. 


Mr. Spivak received a Bachelor of the Arts degree in Political Science from the University of California at Berkeley, and achieved a Juris Doctor degree from Southwestern University School of Law.

Mr. Spivak's areas of concentration include labor and employment law, wage & hour claims, federal employee rights, sexual harassment claims, civil rights, tort claims, privacy rights, class actions, general civil litigation, and business litigation.

clintonsHe is admitted to practice before all California State courts, the United States Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit, the United States District Courts for the Central, Southern, Eastern and Northern districts of California, and other courts throughout the nation. His practice has also extends to administrative tribunals, including the Labor and Workforce Development Agency, the Division of Labor Standards Enforcement, the California Unemployment Insurance Appeals Board, Department of Fair Employment and Housing, and the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission and the Merit Systems Protection Board. He successfully tries cases before juries, neutral arbitrators and administrative tribunals. Mr. Spivak is a member of the National Employment Lawyers Association, the California Employment Lawyers Association, the Consumer Attorneys of Southern California, and the Consumer Attorneys Association of Los Angeles.
